Your information

Plutem processes information you submit, such as text, images, documents, and voice input, to turn plans into calendar events. Free users do not need to create a personal account.

AI and service providers

Plutem uses external providers, including OpenAI for interpreting information, Deepgram for voice transcription, and Supabase for application data and storage. Information needed to provide these features may be transmitted to those providers.

Usage information

We record application activity, such as page visits, feature interactions, parsing outcomes, and session activity, to understand performance and improve the service. We use temporary browser session storage to support these functions. Relevant activity and processing records may also be retained on our servers.

Sharing

When you create a shareable Plute link, its event information and any included source image may be accessible to people who have that link. Do not share sensitive information unless you intend recipients to see it. Shared records have expiration settings, although operational records may have separate retention periods.

Advertising and cookies

Plutem uses Google AdSense to support free access. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, similar technologies, and information about your device or visit to deliver and measure advertisements. Personalized advertising may depend on your location and privacy choices. Where required, you will be offered advertising privacy choices. Rejecting optional advertising cookies does not prevent you from using Plutem.

Your choices

You can manage available advertising preferences through the privacy choices presented on the site and Google's advertising controls. You can also contact us to request information about personal data or ask about its deletion. Requests may be subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Security and retention

We use technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained for different periods depending on its purpose, including sharing, operational records, security, and improvement of parsing accuracy.
